Hello, my name is Rya. I’m a 23-year-old guy working in the I.T. industry, and I’m looking for a flatmate to teamup with to find an apartment around the CBD area.

My hobbies include playing video games, listening to music, and watching shows/movies, so I’d love to find someone with similar interests who I can geek out with.

I’m pretty chill and social, but I also understand the need for personal space and quiet time. I have some of my own furniture and appliances, such as a washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc., so I would prefer an unfurnished property. I’m also happy to split the cost of any additional furnishings if needed.

I’m not too fussy and I’m open to people with pets, smokers, etc. However, I can be more active at night, so if you’re very sensitive to noise, we may not be the best fit.
