Hi everyone,

I am posting on behalf of my beautiful mum Bev. She is seeking a long-term (or flexible-term) tenancy in a small private one bedroom flat, granny flat or studios. She is a quiet, clean and highly reliable tenant with a perfect private rental history. She is a single occupant and maintains homes with great care.

I am 22 and moving into my own place, so my mum is wanting a smaller place to relax into. We are very flexible with suburbs, it can be outside of the ones I tagged!

She has one small cat who does nothing but sleep all day, she is very quiet, extremely clean, docile and friendly, does not shed, and is mum’s little companion while I’m at work, and now as I’m in the process of moving out.

She is available to move in as soon as possible, we would be very happy to attend an inspection at your convenience.
