Looking for Short Term flexible Furnished Room
Hey! I'm Andrew, 39 — originally American but I've lived in the Northern Rivers for 7 years, so I'm not fresh off the plane
I'm looking for a short-term furnished room with a desk/workspace in Melbourne for 4 to 8 weeks while I wait for my citizenship ceremony. I have a place until May 24th
Ideal $400/max and in the Inner North
One thing worth knowing upfront: I run an e-commerce business in the US, so I take calls at night due to the time difference.
I do this quietly from my room and I'm genuinely respectful of anyone who needs to sleep — it's never been an issue.
About me:
- Easy-going, 39, and I connect with people easily
- Love live comedy and live shows — always looking for what's on
- Good at networking — I tend to meet people and make introductions
- Low drama, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
- Daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, gym, and walks
- I have a car — street parking is fine
I'm a good housemate — I'm keen to zave a yarn when the vibe is right but I also know how to give people their space.
My late night calls typically suits a studio or granny flat best, but if I don’t share a direct wall a share house with cool people is awesome.
Looking for somewhere comfortable to land for 4–8 weeks (flexible). I'm trying to make the most of my time in the city!
If that sounds like a good fit, send me a message!
