m a 24-year-old from Brisbane, moving to Sydney in December to work around Bondi Junction. I’m looking for a room, studio, sublet or granny flat, with a budget of around $350 per week.

Ideally, I’d love to live in or near Bondi Junction, Bondi, Bronte, Waverley, Tamarama, Randwick, Coogee, Queens Park, Woollahra, Bellevue Hill or Rose Bay, but I’m happy with up to an hour’s commute for the right place.

I’m clean, tidy, social and respectful, and I’m always happy to help out around the house. I’d preferably live with girls, but I’m open to the right share. I’d also be more than happy to arrange a video call or have a chat beforehand.
