My name is Tristan, I'm 26 years old and I'm from France. I've been living and working in Australia for several months, and I've recently moved to Perth to start a new chapter!

I'm currently looking for a nice, clean and comfortable place to call home while I settle into Perth and pursue new work opportunities, particularly in the mining industry.

**A little about me:**

I'm friendly, easy-going, respectful and very clean. I enjoy meeting new people, having a chat or sharing a meal, but I also really appreciate a peaceful home and everyone's personal space.

I'm not a party person, and I always make sure shared spaces are kept clean and tidy.

I've previously worked in Australia, including for a local council, and I'm now planning to get back into work while continuing to develop my career.

**What I'm looking for:**

- A private, furnished room in a clean, well-maintained house or apartment.
- Ideally around Perth CBD, Northbridge, Highgate, West Perth or nearby.
- Budget: up to $350 per week, preferably including bills.
- A friendly, respectful household with a relaxed atmosphere.
- Flexible rental arrangements, ideally with the option to extend my stay.
- Parking would be a bonus!

I'm available to move in immediately and happy to arrange a viewing at any time.
