About Me & My Living Habits:

• Proven Solo Living Experience: I lived independently in my home country for 3 years and moved out with zero issues, leaving the place spotless.

• Clean & Tidy: I’m highly organized and hygienic. (eg. I always wash my dishes immediately after eating and use a squeegee to dry the bathroom right after my shower.)

• Respectful Night Routine: Although I tend to go to bed a bit late, I always keep it quiet. I usually fall asleep watching movies or dramas with my earphones on, so I won't disturb anyone's sleep.

• Financial Reliability: I am highly financially responsible. During my 3 years of living alone, I have never once been late with rent or utility bills. I have a secured budget for my stay in Australia and will always pay my rent and bond strictly on time.

• Respectful & Friendly: I deeply respect everyone's privacy and personal space, but I’m also down for a friendly chat or a cup of coffee in the common areas!
