BOMBACLAT! Hi I hope you are well, my name is Marcus and I am 21 years old. I currently work as a bartender/section waiter on James st but am looking to get into a dental clinic as i am studying dental assisting at tafe.

I enjoy being clean so no worries about me not cleaning up after myself or anything like that. I enjoy boxing, going for runs and cooking so if im not working or studying im most likely doing either of those things. I dont smoke but truly dont have anything against a smoking household.

I am looking for a cozy place to live with no real prefferance of where. My max budget would be $420 not including bills. I dont actually have a move date but would like to move in whenever possible
