Hi, I’m a 23 years old Korean woman looking for a private room in Brisbane.

I’m hoping to find a clean and relaxed share house within 30 minutes to the CBD by public transport because I have to go to school in CBD on every weekday.
My budget is up to $280 per week(bill inc.), and I’m looking for a furnishedand private room.

I’ve lived independently for about 4 years. So I can do everything for living. I’m clean, calm, respectful, non-smoker, and don’t party. I really like animals. I'm in working-holiday visa and living in homestay now.
Move-in date is around 13th june.
Happy to inspect in person.
