33 year old looking for a sublet in Coogee

Hiya,

My current sublet in Coogee is coming to an end soon so I'm looking for a new place to temporarily call home from anytime now until the beginning of October. Budget is $400 a week. Would love to stay in the Coogee area, bonus point for a parking space.

I'm super laid back and easy to get on with, enjoy my own space but also being social as well. I'm not a party person but still enjoy a few drinks every now and then.

In my spare time I like being active, going to the beach, coastal walks, anything involving food, going for coffees, trying new places, being in the water, being with friends, doing something creative, and generally just exploring.

I'm currently in a Mon-Fri job so would be out the house in the day times, and just looking for somewhere with a nice relaxed vibe in the evenings and weekends.
