Hi! I am a 22-year-old international student moving from Victoria to Perth to begin my Master of Teaching (Secondary) at Southern Cross University. I am looking for a quiet, stable share house to serve as my long-term base.

My lifestyle is highly structured and entirely focused on my degree. I operate on a delayed schedule, meaning my studying and working hours are late at night, and I typically sleep through the morning until midday. I spend my nights at my desk with headphones on, scripting and quietly recording educational math tutorials for my teaching portfolio. Because of this, I am completely silent at night and am looking for a household of older students or professionals who respect sleep boundaries during the day.

While I am arriving as a new student, my degree is fully backed by my family, ensuring my rent and bills are consistently paid on time without issue.
