Hi we're Jennifer and Donna! We have just recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand, to see what this beautiful city has to offer and we are looking for a place to call home. We're currently looking for a 2 bedroom space within the North Shore/ Central / Rhodes suburb.

About Donna:
I am a young professional working in the IT industry. After recently finishing up my role in New Zealand, I am currently looking for a job in Sydney. In my spare time l like to spend it outdoors or being active.

About Jennifer:
I'm in the marketing industry, though my true passion lies in graphic design. Creativity plays a big part in both my professional and personal life, which is why I also take on freelance design work in my spare time. I am actively looking for a full-time role in Sydney.

We are both people who value having a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained home. We take pride in keeping our living space clean, tidy, and cared for, and would treat the property with the same respect as if it were our own. We're responsible and reliable tenants who value open communication, and we can assure you that we would meet all rental obligations and ensure rent and bills are always paid on time.

We both have a quiet and healthy lifestyle, spending most of our time working, going to the gym, and enjoying the outdoors/shopping. We don’t smoke or host parties, and we're always considerate of my neighbours and the property.
