Hi everyone,

I’m Ariana, I’m looking for a private unfurnished room with my own bathroom in a female only household (or open to sharing with a couple) ideally with only one other person but a max household of 3 people including me.

Alternatively, If there is any other girls out there looking for another person to team up with to apply for rentals, I am also open to that 😊

🗓️ Move in: anytime from now (ideally long term)
🌴 Location: between Burleigh to Kingscliff
I am currently in Tweed South and love so would be amazing to stay as close to that area as possible.
💰Budget: Approx $400-$500 per week

A little about me:
I’m 35, work full time, 4 days in the office and Friday from home. I’m an early riser, early to bed kind of person so would be ideal to live with someone similar. I am not a big drinker but enjoy an occasional drink on the weekends or having friends over for the occasion dinner/BBQ. I enjoy going for walks, going to the beach, reading and footy(Go Manly 🦅) on the weekend you will find doing any of those things or at Pilates and I’ve also recently started golf.

I enjoy my alone time to recharge but then also enjoy having dinner, watching the footy or having movie night with my housemates. I’ve been lucky enough to become friends with almost everyone I have previously lived with. I love dogs, and currently live with one, so more than happy to share with someone who has a dog 😊
