Hi everyone,

I'm Ariana, I am looking for either a granny flat/1 bedroom place, or I would be open to team up with one other female (I could be open to sharing with a couple) to find a rental together. I would also be open to moving into someone’s place. My max household number would be 3 (myself and 2 others) and I would want my own bathroom. I have all my own furniture, so unfurnished would be preferred.

I am looking at Southern Gold Coast, somewhere between Burleigh/Palm Beach and Kingscliff. Ideally for a longer term rental and I can move anytime from now until the end of the year. I love dogs so it’s almost a bonus if you have one 😊

A bit about me, I work full time, I am up and out of the house pretty early everyday as i start work at 6am. I am pretty easy going, quiet and respectful. I like to keep a clean and tidy house, I currently pay for a cleaner to come and would be interested in doing something similar for my next place.

On weekends, i am usually up early to go for walks, to Pilates or to the farmers market. I enjoy cooking, reading and watching footy. I enjoy an occasional drink or two on the weekend and enjoy some social time but I also enjoy my alone time to recharge.
