Hi everyone,

I'm Ariana, 35 and I work full time. I am up and out of the house pretty early everyday as i start work at 6am. I am pretty easy going, quiet and respectful. I like to keep a clean and tidy house. On weekends, i am usually up early to go for walks, to Pilates or to the farmers market. I enjoy cooking, reading and watching footy. I enjoy an occasional drink or two on the weekend and enjoy some social time but I also enjoy my alone time to recharge.

I am looking for either a granny flat/ 1 bedroom place. I have all my own furniture, so unfurnished would be preferred. Happy with a kitchenette but it would ideally have a dishwasher.
Or would be interested in meeting a like minded person to go into a share house/look together for a rental. Ideally for a longer term rental.
