About the house:
Rather than already having a place locked in, we’re looking to find the right person to team up with first and then go house-hunting together. We are hoping to find a place in Palm Beach, Currumbin or Tugun area and are flexible with the move day but looking to move in the coming weeks/months once we’ve found the right fit and the right home.
We’re looking to get a 12-month lease, and would love someone who’s looking for a long-term home rather than a short stopover. The Move-in date is flexible since finding the right person matters more to us than rushing into a place.
Budget for the room will be around $370-400/week - dependent on the lease we find.
We’d love to find someone who’s clean and tidy, respectful, has full-time/consistent income, and shares a similar lifestyle and outlook.
No pets or animals please, and you’ll need to be happy signing onto the lease with us.

About the housemates!
We’re a small, easygoing household, a couple and one female flatmate, looking to find a new place with a third female in the mix. We’re all health-conscious and super active, whether that’s training, getting outdoors or just generally looking after ourselves. None of us are smokers.
We genuinely enjoy each other’s company and are super laid back but also love to have a chat, watch TV together, or grab a coffee. It’s a respectful, low-drama kind of household and definitely not a party house.
