I’m a 38-year-old single professional woman working full-time in a corporate role. I’m financially stable, quiet, respectful, clean and very house-proud. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs and don’t live a party lifestyle.

I’m vegetarian and environmentally conscious, and I genuinely value maintaining a peaceful, clean and well-cared-for home environment. I’m the type of person who keeps a home consistently tidy and organised — inspections never require a last-minute clean-up 😊

I also have a beautiful 13-year-old cat who is incredibly calm, affectionate and well-behaved. She doesn’t scratch furniture, damage property or cause any issues at all.

I have excellent rental and personal references from both Queensland and Victoria.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• A small unit, studio, granny flat or self-contained space
• Preferably private (not shared if possible)
• Ground floor or somewhere with a small courtyard/garden would be amazing
• Furnished preferred, but I’m flexible
• Reliable WiFi is essential as I occasionally work from home (can get my own).
• Heating and cooling / air conditioning or similar.
• Parking required (off-street preferred)
