I'm a 28-year-old guy moving to Brisbane for a new job and prefers the simplicity of living in a clean and quiet home with people around my age. I value having my own space to unwind after a busy day, free from distractions.

Chasing minimum 6 month lease with the option to extend.

I dont smoke and dont drink nor am I big on partying and no pets or kids. AFL footy is a big part of my weekend as is the occasional movie night.

Ideally looking to move in by July 10 at the latest, but anytime between July 1 and 10 is flexible for me :) Cant do any sooner due to work commitments.

Currently live and work on the Sunny Coast so not too far to travel.

Would love a spot for my car that doesn't involve the street.
