I’m looking for a room to rent, preferably around the Eastern Suburbs (or nearby). My budget is up to $450 a week including bills.

A little bit about me… I’m clean, respectful and easy to live with. I love cooking, going out for brunch, coastal walks, and the odd run and going to the gym. I enjoy the occasional night out, but I’m just as happy having a cosy night in with some good food and a glass of wine.

I’m sociable and always happy to have a chat, but I also really value my own space and downtime. Just looking for a friendly, relaxed house to call home!
