I am a clinical medical professional working about to start work as a specialist cancer diagnostic scientist at Princess Alexandra hospital. I am coming from NZ to take up this role for Queensland. I had a high profile presence in NZ (look up Terry Taylor Scientist NZ on google) and have been recruited to help Queensland develop their state wide blood cancer services.
I am starting at PA on 13th July and will arrive in Brisbane around the 10th July but will sort out lease etc from NZ before I come over preferably.
I have spent my life keeping fit and have also been involved in sports governance for many years. I have 2 grown up kids back in NZ and always had dogs and cats around but have obviously not bought any over with me but it would be great if a house has a fur friend!
I am very social and enjoy good food and good company plus any good sport, particularly rugby and cricket, hence working close to the Gabba.
