Hey everyone! 👋

My name is Vinzent, I'm 25 years old and originally from Germany and I'm excited to be coming to Melbourne for the very first time for my exchange semester at RMIT!

I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house or apartment in Carlton, Brunswick, Richmond, Southbank or Fitzroy - ideally from July 8 until the mid or end of December. My budget is up to $350/week.

🎓 Exchange student at RMIT (July – Dec)
🌍 First time in Australia & genuinely can't wait to explore everything Melbourne has to offer
🍳 I love cooking and would happily share meals with housemates - good food is always better together!
🏃 Into the gym, running, tennis & padel - and always open to trying new things
📺 Big sports fan: NFL, soccer, Formula 1 & tennis - would love a housemate to watch games with!
🌿 Love getting outdoors - hiking, weekend trips, you name it

I'm clean, respectful and pretty easy-going. I tend to go with the flow - sometimes an early morning run, sometimes a late night out! I'd love to live in a friendly, international household where we actually spend time together, share the occasional home-cooked meal and maybe catch a game - but of course also respect each other's space.

One small note: I'm allergic to cats 🐱 so ideally a cat-free home - dogs are totally fine though! 🐶
