A bit about me:
I am a full time PhD student and work regular hours at ACU Monday to Tuesday; I am very tidy and maintain a strict cleaning routine every weekend; I enjoy my personal space and love listening to musix in my downtime (not a gamer); I typically cook simple dinner and prep my lunch for the next week at weekends; I am independent, respect personal boundaries, and always make sure my routine doesn't disrupt my housemates.
What I need:
A room around Melbourne city, 2026 (can be flexible with good deal), with basic furniture, including bed（hope it could be king size), wardrobe, desk, and chair. A separate bathroom will be highly appreciated. My budget is 350-450/w with bills included.
