Hi! My name is Hyerin, a 26-year-old from South Korea.

I am currently living in Perth on a Working Holiday Visa and actively applying for full-time and part-time positions in hospitality, particularly as a barista or in hotel customer service roles. Back in Korea, I worked as a freelance video editor and also taught Korean to international students.

I am naturally clean, organized, and respectful of shared living spaces. Keeping common areas, especially the bathroom and kitchen, clean is important to me, and I always tidy up after myself. I am a non-smoker, do not host parties, and generally enjoy a quiet and peaceful home environment.

I am friendly and sociable, and I enjoy meeting new people while also respecting others' privacy, personal space, and lifestyles. I follow house rules, pay rent on time, and take pride in being a considerate and reliable housemate.

In my free time, I enjoy video editing, going for walks, and staying active through exercise. I also make an effort to keep the home comfortable, clean, and well-maintained for everyone.

I am looking for a stable place to stay long-term and would love a room with good natural light and proper ventilation. A clean and well-maintained home is important to me. As I do not have a car, convenient access to public transport is also a priority.

As a female tenant, I would prefer a female-only household. I am happy to share a bathroom with female housemates, but I would prefer to have my own private bedroom.

I am hoping to find a welcoming home with friendly housemates, and I would be happy to contribute to a positive and respectful living environment.
