Hey, I'm Ben 👋

Kiwi currently living in Roseville, looking for a room to move into from the 14th January. I'm after a 3-month stay to start, with a view to extend. My job is based near Alexandria Park, so I’m keen on areas with convenient transport and a quick commute (around 30 minutes max)—ideally looking around Alexandria, Waterloo, Erskineville, Rosebery, Mascot, Marrickville, or nearby spots.
Work-wise: I work full-time. Fully settled financially, so bond, rent, and bills are sorted on time, every time.
A bit about me: Working full-time, but in my free time I’m big on fitness, keeping up with markets, and finding good coffee spots around the city. I love staying active and living with people who enjoy good food, going to the gym, and having a friendly chat while respecting each other's space.
I'm clean, considerate, and easygoing. I always clean up after myself in shared spaces and pull my weight with chores. Non-smoker.
