Hi!

My name is Kyeongeun Kim, and I’m from South Korea. I’m heading to Australia on a Working Holiday visa and will be arriving on July 5th.

I’m a clean, respectful, and very easygoing person. I have plenty of experience living with others—I’ve shared a small dorm room with a stranger and even lived in a studio apartment with two roommates before. Thanks to these experiences, I know exactly how to respect boundaries, stay tidy, and live peacefully with people who have different lifestyles or schedules.

I have a positive attitude and get along well with others, but I also enjoy my quiet time and respect everyone’s privacy.

What I'm looking for:

Budget: $250 – $300 per week (Looking for a place with all bills included, considering the bond as well)

Move-in date: Around July 11th

Room type: Ideally a private room (own room)

Location: CBD (City Centre) or surrounding suburbs

Inspection availability: Available for inspections between July 5th and July 11th (right after I arrive!)
