I am a quiet and respectful person, I like to keep spaces clean and organised.
Don't party and generally like to keep to myself. Non smoker. I work a full-time job and can guarantee you'll have bills payd on time.
I like to cook. Need a place that lacks drama if you know what I mean haha. I need somewhere to put a car, the street is fine but it needs to be consistently available.

Basically my whole life is eat, work and gym. Out of the house about 6am to usually 7:30pm. I like to play video games and go on road trips around country.

Would prefer own bathroom, but shared 1 with other (prefarbly another male, but if you don't mind I don't).

Chill as, have furniture but if it's furnished I have a desk that I like to use.
