I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney at the end of August and am looking for either an existing room ideally with off street parking or someone who's keen to team up and rent a nicer place together.

I previously owned a business and am now making the move into management consulting, where I'll be working full-time (with the occasional work-from-home day). I'm easygoing, respectful, and like to keep the house tidy without being overly obsessive about it.

Outside of work, I enjoy a good balance of socialising and the outdoors. I'm always up for a few drinks with friends, but you'll just as likely find me camping, surfing, spearfishing, or getting out into nature on the weekends. I also try to play some basketball whenever I get the chance.

I'll be bringing my 9-year-old French Bulldog with me. She's incredibly well-trained, friendly, and low-maintenance, she's happiest snoozing for most of the day and has lived happily in shared homes before.

Ideally, I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly household with people who are easy to get along with and take pride in their home.
