Hi, This is Chanbin Lim.
I'm a 23-year-old woman from South Korea and currently working as a marketer at Online Marketing Gurus for an internship. I’m working full-time and am actively looking for a place to call home.
I am a friendly, organized, and easygoing person, and I have experience living in shared houses with multiple people for 3 years. I always prioritize keeping my living space clean and tidy. I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities such as hanging out but also appreciate having my own personal space to unwind and recharge.
My budget is up to AUD 360 per week for a place in Crows Nest, and up to AUD 300 per week for other areas.
I’m looking to stay for at least 5 months, or longer, if it turns out to be the right place for me!
I will be arriving in Australia on 18 July and will be available for an inspection from 19 July. I am available to move in from 20 July.
