I'm a freak for sunlight (room must be bright with windows facing E or NE ideally), and strongly prefer a well-equipped kitchen/at least a functional kitchen space (rules out small pantry, no oven etc). I am looking for a STRICTLY (!!!) non-smoking, drug-free (non negotiable), non partying, adult and sensible house. Ideally you have some arrangement for cleaning rosters or has cleaners come in weekly to manage shared spaces. Flexible months of commitment preferred. If you are managing multiple listings, tell me if you have an ensuite room/ room with balcony as well as that would be my first choice. Please give some information on your street name and the housemate(s) gender/background if you're reaching out with a listing.
