I am a female young professional and I would make you a great housemate. Strongly prefer a furnished room. I have had a lot of experience sharing houses big and small with female and male housemates and have always had a good experience. I am quiet, super clean, and very friendly. I'm a freak for sunlight (room must be bright with windows facing E or NE ideally), and strongly prefer a well-equipped kitchen/at least a functional kitchen space (rules out small pantry, no oven etc). I am looking for a STRICTLY (!!!) non-smoking, drug-free (non negotiable), non partying, peaceful house. Ideally you have some arrangement for cleaning rosters or has cleaners come in weekly to manage shared spaces. Flexible months of commitment preferred.
