We are a married couple in our early 40s (education and counselling professionals) seeking a 3–12 month lease, moving in September/October. We are seeking a self-contained space (granny flat or unit).

We are homeowners ourselves with a high standard of cleanliness. We value clear communication, integrity, and respecting others’ privacy. We have experience hosting overseas travellers and international students.

We have a 17 years of rental history, mostly 2–5 year tenancies. We can provide detailed rental history, professional and character references.

You won’t find us on social media as we are old school and prefer to connect with people in person.
