We are a married couple in our early 40s (education and counselling professionals) seeking a 3–6 month lease, moving in July/August. Ideally we are seeking a self-contained granny flat, or if a share house a room with an ensuite.

We’re quiet, clean, and easy to live with.
We are homeowners ourselves with a high standard of cleanliness. We value clear communication, integrity, and respecting others’ privacy, and have experience hosting overseas travellers and international students.

We have a 17 years rental history, mostly 2–5 year tenancies. We can provide detailed rental history, professional and character references. You won’t find us on social media as we are old school and prefer to connect with people in person.
