We are a married couple in our early 40s (education and counselling professionals) seeking self contained (granny flat or unit) accommodation from October/November.

We are homeowners ourselves with a high standard of cleanliness. We value clear communication, integrity, and respect.

We have a 17 years of rental history, mostly 2–5 year tenancies. We can provide detailed rental history, professional and character references.
