Hi, I'm James, a 36-year-old guy looking for great people or person to Teamup with to find a place together (if its good I will definitely stay for longer). Currently doing inspections solo nearly every day.

I work part-time and enjoy keeping up with the news, playing video games, enjoy sport but injured atm and having a quiet place to unwind after work. I'm on the introverted side but always happy to have a chat, watch a movie, or hang out a bit.

I'm a non-smoker, I don't have any pets, and I have a car. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and appreciate living with people who are considerate and communicate well.

An ensuite bathroom and undercover parking are high on my wish list, as they make day-to-day life much easier for me.

I'm hoping to find a calm, friendly, and drama-free home where everyone respects each other's space while still enjoying a good atmosphere. If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.

Update - also open to going east side near the water etc as I enjoy that lifestyle as well as being closer in for the access.
