Hi, I'm James, a 36-year-old guy looking for a relaxed and respectful place to live.

Teaming up with other people to find a place together I am also willing to give a go (if its good I will definitely stay for longer)

I work part-time and enjoy keeping up with the news, playing video games, enjoy sport but injured atm and having a quiet place to unwind after work. I'm fairly introverted but always happy to have a chat, watch a movie, or hang out from time to time.

I'm a non-smoker, I don't have any pets, and I have a car. I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy and appreciate living with people who are considerate and communicate well.

An ensuite bathroom and undercover parking are high on my wish list, as they make day-to-day life much easier for me.
