Hello! We are a couple of young professionals from Italy/UK relocating to Perth for a year. We are looking for a long term private 1 bedroom home, preferably close to either the CBD or beach areas (NOR / Fremantle). We would like to rent for 1 year starting from August 2026 and are already in Perth and available to attend viewings. NO SHAREHOUSES

We are both established professionals. Personally, I have been running my own business in media management for the past 5 years. I am in a strong financial position and have set aside plenty of funds to cover for the whole year of rent. I am happy to provide statements and references if required.

We are both tidy and respectful people, and we're looking forward to take great care of our new home. We're both non smokers and don't own any pets.
