Hi, I'm Phil!

I'm relocating to Brisbane from Melbourne for work which I start on 20 July. Once my wife arrives in Brisbane in December this year, we'll be finding a unit of our own, so I'm looking for a comfortable place to stay over the next few months while I get settled.

I'm an easy-going, reliable tradie with more than 20 years of experience in construction, painting and industrial trades. I'm hardworking, respectful and the type of person who's always willing to lend a hand. Whether it's helping around the house, taking the bins out or fixing something that needs attention, I'm always happy to pitch in.

As a roommate, I'm clean, tidy and considerate, and enjoy a quiet, relaxed home. Definitely not into parties or late nights and am very respectful of other people's space. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, tinkering with classic cars, and am a huge dog lover (pets of all kinds really) —so if you've got a furry family member, I'll be in my element!

A few notes, I'm a non-smoker, have my own reliable ute, am financially responsible and will be focused on working while in Brisbane.
