My name is Jacob, I am 29 and I have just relocated from Liverpool, UK to Perth, WA on a Working Holiday Visa from the 8th September 👋.

I am an easy-going person that values kindness and politeness. I am respectful and take a genuine interest in meeting new people from all walks of life. I am excited to fully immerse myself within the local community in Perth and benefit from everything that the city has to offer.

Football (soccer 😉) is my main passion and, when I am not working, you can usually find me either playing or watching it. I am a proud gay man and I have played for my local LGBT+ football team in Liverpool for the last 5 years. Outside of that, I enjoy gigs, travelling, cinema, reading sports auto-biographies, as well as going out and socialising with my friends.

I currently work as a customer service advisor in shipping and logistics, however I will be seeking a new role in hospitality, retail or guest services upon my arrival into Perth.

I am looking for a clean, calm, and peaceful home where I can relax and recharge, ideally somewhere free from excessive noise. I’m very friendly and would love to socialise with my new flatmates, but I also value privacy and personal space. I am flexible on the gender and number of flatmates, as long as we share similar values and a respectful approach to living together. Ideally, I would like somewhere near or easily commutable to Karrinyup, as I have picked up some work at a store in the shopping centre there.

I have an initial Airbnb booking until 20th September, so I am looking for something more permanent from then onwards. My budget is around AUD 250 - 300 per week, inclusive of bills.
