I'm a 23-year-old bilingual (Spanish) male student studying on the path to cybersecurity, and value growth, prompt actionable communication and mindful living. I don't mind living in a social house, as long as it isn't a party home, and while I enjoy socializing, I also value my alone time. Don't be afraid to talk to me though, I'm no hermit haha.

I have 8 years of rental history, so I'm well adapted to independent living. If there's ever anything wrong, understand that I will always aim to converse, not argue. We don't need to ruin a good thing over a small thing.
I will also be very open to either figuring out chores (who does what when) for shared areas, or contributing to shared solutions (gardener, cleaner, etc.)

I don't smoke or drink, and I don't have kids or own pets.

I like synth, grimdark, classical/epic, and alt music, and always down for a board/video game! Also a foodie who likes to learn new dishes, though I'm saving up for big things so may not see me work my magic too often (may more commonly bake however, which will be free to share with the rest of the home!)
