Hi i’m Kim!

I’m new to Flatmates and have been living solo for 7 years, with a perfect rental record :) I’m looking for a change to move from Cloverdale, seeking a place of my own but also open to sharehouses if it’s a chill vibe!

Ideally im looking for somewhere spacious located either close to the beach or close to the city.

A bit about me:

💼 I work mostly full time hours, sometimes part time if I need the break. Usually a 2/3 days in the office and a few work from home. Alternates depending on energy levels

🐶 I don’t have pets - but I love animals so if you have them I’ll love that

👯‍♀️ I like to have a quiet wine or catchup with my friends or my sister, so ideally would like a place where I can have a guest over to hang out with (have noticed some listings say no visitors)

🎭 I like going to the gym, hitting the beach, going to the movies, a show, I also play music keys/guitar sometimes (but don’t worry I won’t shred the electric guitar loudly xx )

🚗 I’m on the road out of town around once a month, so ideally would like a place where everyone cleans up after themselves. I might not be home for a chores-roster type scenario sorry! I’m usually the type to do my dishes within the day so you won’t have to worry about stacks at the counter with me. I like to leave spaces the way I found it, and don’t like leaving things around (don’t mind when others do - I just find it hard to find my stuff if I have it everywhere 🤣)

🏁 I drive an X-Trail so would need a carbay/ place that has room for parking

😇 I’m pretty sociable, but also value my space and quiet. Always down for a quick chat

🧼 I love cleanliness - clean house = clean mind

🫶 I value communication, if there is a problem I like to know about it upfront - makes for a chill household

🚧 I’m very good at reporting problems, if there is a maintenance issue with the room itll be reported the same day

🏡 Would prefer a household around my age range from 22-35 years old - respectful positive and warm vibes
