Hello!
I'm a Sunshine Coast local who has taking on a new job in West End, Brisbane. To avoid the daily commute I would like to rent a room for 3 nights a week (Monday to Thursday). I'm a white collar professional working in the construction industry and my new role is based in West End, Brisbane.
I'm in my mid forties, originally from Ireland, but I've been here quite a while. I'm easy going and pretty chilled out. I'm more than happy to mingle, I'm always up for a good chat, or give you your space. I'm a lover of music, good food, fitness and animals. I'm not really looking for a rental, as such, more so looking for someone with a spare room that wants to make some extra cash. My job is full time and I enjoy sports and catching up with friends in Brisbane, so you probably won't see too much of me. I really just need a bed (which I can also provide). I start the job on Monday, August 10th and would like to be moved in and ready for work on the 10th. The closer to West End the better. I will have a car, so parking will have to be considered. I'm a non-smoker, very clean and hygienic and quite easy to live with. Thank you for considering me.
