Josh and John

Hi! We're Josh (27) and John (24), and we're looking to join a friendly, respectful share house.

We're currently renting together, but our situation is changing as our third housemate is moving to the UK and our landlord is selling the property. Rather than finding another place on our own, we're hoping to join an established share house with like-minded people.

Josh works in education support while studying a teaching degree. John is an electrician. We're both full-time workers, active, motivated, and enjoy the gym, hiking, camping, reading, and getting outdoors.

We've lived together for the past year and understand what makes a great share house. We're clean, respectful, reliable with rent and bills, and appreciate a tidy home and everyone's privacy. We're social and always happy for a chat or the occasional shared meal, but we also respect that everyone has their own routines.
