Hi I’m Owen, an UNSW IT student, looking for a room from 1 September. I’m after two months to start with, and I’d be keen to stay on longer if it works out for both of us.

I’ve been renting at my current place in Sydney for two years and never missed a payment. I’m quiet, at uni most days, cook and clean up after myself, no smoking, no pets.
