Hey there, I'm a 37 year old swimming teacher studying community services with a diploma of justice and an interest in altruism. I'm pretty social but also enjoy time by myself. I'm looking into living by the beach after I finish my current course but also happy to stay around the area I am in. I need responsible and clean housemates that respect each others space and contribute to the livelihood of the household (bills and rent on time, clean areas, shared spaces, social time). I would prefer a non smoking home with lots of room for me to be creative in. I would love space for a keyboard piano and a sewing area.
