Hey, I’m Sam. I'm a chippy by day and run a web business on the side (systems and web design) my days are pretty structured and I keep normal hours — no chaos, no late-night noise. When I’m not working, I’m usually on the bike or at the gym, so I’m often up and out early. I’m tidy, easygoing and low-drama, and I look after shared spaces without being asked. I’m after a calm, quiet place with respectful housemates — happy to share a beer and a chat, equally happy to give people their space. I also have a 7-month-old puppy (GSD female) she is very social and friendly.

I'm big into business and setting up systems as backbone of any enterprise. I spent my afternoons working on building structure for businesses.
