Hola!

I'm a 48-year old relocating from London to Melbourne for work. I'm following in the footsteps of my Aussie wife and our two daughters, who returned to Canberra last year to start secondary school and be closer to family.

My office is in Collingwood, so I'm looking for a flat-share nearby for six to nine months to give me some time to get the lay of the land with the benefit of a local flatmate's perspective before I move into my own place.

We own our flat in London and have had lodgers here since my family returned to Australia, so I know how important it is to be respectful of shared spaces and get along with flatmates.

I'll be in Melbourne at the beginning of September for a few days en route to Canberra, so it would be great to schedule some viewings then, with a target move-in date in mid-September.

PS: I'll regularly be returning to Canberra for weekends with my family, and my wife will occasionally come down to Melbourne to spend time with me there (the kids will stay back in Canberra with their aunts / uncles / grandparents).
