Clemens Lawnik

Hi, I'm Clemens, 23, from Cologne in Germany.

I'm moving to Sydney on 22 August for an exchange semester at ICMS, studying towards a Master's in Business Analytics. My classes are at the City Campus in Haymarket.

At home I'm easy to live with. I clean up after myself, I don't leave dishes in the sink and I'm respectful of shared spaces. Outside of that I'm rarely in: I'm at the gym most mornings, I play padel, I'll be at the beach whenever the weather allows, and I like going out in the evening for a drink or two. I don't smoke.

I'm looking for a furnished room in a share house around Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee or Randwick, ideally for about four to six months. Since I'm still in Germany until late August, I'm happy to do a video call so we can meet properly before anyone commits.
