A little about myself :

I am very respectful person, I do value the own space of each tenant as well as I am not against sharing a meal or having a speech. I like keep the place clean at anytime, I am quite tidy and neat person.

During my spare time I enjoy having a hike , going to the aquatic center or going bouldering.
I also love spending my time cookings all sort of things
If I had to describe my character I would say quite outgoing , good vibes at all times.

I am seeking a share house to move in , on 11 january 2027 for a period of 3 months
My expectations for the share house:

-I am very flexible, so feel free to message me, I will consider any offer.
-Preferably a share house with no couple, Male or female tenant around my age.
-Preferably a share house with maximum 4 tenants.
-Unfurnished room.
-Budget 300$ per week with bills
-Ideally close to the CBD of Hobart " feel free to ask "
-I am also up to open a new share house
