🏡 Looking for a place to call home!

Hi! I’m Chloe 👋💕

I’m looking for a room/home where I can actually settle in and feel comfortable, rather than somewhere that just feels like a temporary roof over my head.

A little about me:

I’m 30, friendly, bubbly, affectionate and pretty easy to get along with. I love a good chat and a laugh, but I also really value having my own space and completely respect when other people need theirs too.

I’m naturally quite social and would love a household where we can occasionally have a chat in the kitchen, watch something together or share a meal, rather than living like complete strangers who occasionally spot each other near the fridge. 😂

At the same time, I’m very happy doing my own thing and I’m not expecting instant best friends.

I’m responsible with rent and bills, respectful of other people’s belongings and privacy, and communication is really important to me. If something around the house is bothering either of us, I’d much rather have a friendly conversation about it than let things quietly turn into a household Cold War over a teaspoon. 😂

What I’m looking for 🏠

Ideally, I’d love:

* A friendly, welcoming and relaxed household
* People who are open-minded and non-judgmental
* Clear communication around bills, cleaning and shared spaces
* A home where everyone respects each other’s privacy and boundaries
* Somewhere I can settle into rather than constantly feeling like a guest
* A household that’s social enough to say hello and have a laugh, but still gives everyone their independence

I’m happy to have a proper chat before moving in so we can both make sure the household is genuinely a good fit. I think living compatibility matters just as much as whether the room itself is nice!
