Hi! I'm a 23 year old Usyd student looking for a place around Maroubra but open to other places that are in my budget. I'm doing my masters in marine science at usyd for at least another year so looking for 6+ month leases. I am social and would like a place with a friendly vibe too it, but I also need my own quiet time to study and work. In my free time I like cooking, beach days, underwater photography, diving, and really anything outdoors. Ideally looking for a chill house/flat with other people in their mid 20's. I have a car so somewhere with easy street parking/ a car park would be ideal (Bonus points if your listing isn't AI slop / managed by a company)
