Hi, I’m friendly and easy to get along with, looking for a long-term shared rental. I’m currently renting in Morningside but my landlords are moving in by late October. Flexible on move-in date, just need 2 weeks warning.

I work shifts in the production/theatre industry, so I’m often out in the evenings and you’ll have the place to yourself. Steady work, non-smoker, not a party person, the occasional group of friends over for game or movie nights.

I love a cozy lived-in house with lots of lamps, houseplants and trinkets, and I'm tidy in shared spaces. I also love being around people and having the occasional chat, meal, or parallel chore session.

I have a 2 year old indoor cat, litter trained, very clean, and very social. He hasn't lived with other pets, so a pet-free house or a slow introduction to another cat would suit him best. I also have plenty of furniture: a fridge, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a robot vacuum, a TV, and several sets of shelves and coffee tables.

Looking for an LGBT+ friendly household with 1-2 housemates, room to set up a desk, and ideally aircon.
