Nicolai, Noah and Jay

Hi there! We are a group of three friendly, active guys in our early 20s (ages 20 and 21) looking for a place near the beach on the Gold Coast starting from September 1st.

Two of us (including myself) are from Denmark, and our mate is from Ireland. We're all in Australia on Working Holiday Visas. I'm currently based in Rockhampton and moving down to the Gold Coast on August 28th.

We have all lived in shared houses and flatmate setups for extended periods before, so we fully understand house etiquette—keeping common spaces clean, being respectful of shared spaces, paying rent on time, and maintaining a relaxed, easygoing home atmosphere.

In our free time, we love staying active and exploring. Our main priority is staying close to the ocean so we can surf as much as possible!
