Hey, I’m Erin ☺️ I work full time in community services, and on weekends I’m either visiting friends/family or off on adventures with my dog.

Ideally looking for a place that’s not a party house, but I don’t mind a beer with housemates now and then. I’m tidy, easy going, and happy to share chores around the house. I have a chilled, well behaved 6 year old dog named Lucy, and I’m very active with her so she generally just sleeps while I’m at work.

I’m looking for an unfurnished room, or to team up with someone of similar mindset.

I also have a potential lease in Nerang lined up around November (2 bed, 1 bath, private parking), if anyone would be interested in chatting about that.
