I'm a 68-year-old man who enjoys fishing, paddle boarding, gardening, and I also enjoy carpentry/fixing things. I am a semi-retired handyman and work part-time (mornings only). I like to keep my space well maintained and tidy. I am looking for a private studio or granny flat. I don't smoke, own pets (the photo is my niece’s dog) or have kids.
