I'm currently working full-time Hospitality in Prahran with a background in Medical Health Administration and looking for a private room in a nice, clean and relaxed share house around Prahran or surrounding areas within a 30min PTV commute time ie. St Kilda, St Kilda East, Elwood, Balaclava or nearby.

Moving in: Ideally ASAP (no current commitments)
- Easy access to number 6 tram or similar bus routes to prahran high street
- Private room in Prahran share house/ apartment, ideally 3-4+ months, with option to extend
- Budget: up to $400/week - ideally around $300-350
- LGBT friendly
- Easy PTV commute to CBD
- Good connection to supermarkets
