Hi! I work in IT remotely for a European company and I'm looking for a room in Perth for the long term. I am looking for accommodation for 3-6 months and longer, but initially I can also consider a shorter term if a longer term doesn't suit.

Briefly about me, I'm from Ukraine, have been to 35+ countries, recently traveled a lot along the East Coast of Australia and I plan to live in Perth for a long time because the time zone is more convenient for working remotely with a European company.

I work as a digital product designer of mobile apps used by millions of users, I have a stable income and savings, but simple accommodation is enough for me, so I'm not looking for anything expensive.

From my interests - I absolutely love bicycles, I once rode 200+ km in a day on a bike, traveling, surfing, and I love snowboarding (snowboarded a lot in Europe and Japan).

I respect and keep shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. It is also important that there is no cigarette smoke in the house. It's cool if there are cozy shared areas, couches, tables and hanging out together with roommates. In the room, for me is important to have a bed, a desk with a chair for work, and good Wi-Fi.

Even though I work remotely, I will be spending a large part of my time in co-working spaces in the city.
