Gracie and Emir

Hello we are Gracie and Emir! I am a 23 year old hospo worker from England and Emir is 27 year old restaurant manager/carpenter from Türkiye. We have both lived in Melbourne for nearly 2 years and currently live in Brighton but are looking to relocate as our current home has had a few ongoing maintenance issues, including mould and electrical problems.

We are a friendly, respectful and easy going couple who take pride in keeping our home clean, tidy and well looked after. We both work and have busy schedules, but really value having a peaceful and comfortable home to come back to. We are considerate, responsible and always look after the property we live in as if it were our own. We enjoy cooking, going to the gym, relaxing at home and spending time together, while also being quiet and respectful of our neighbours.

We are looking for a place we can genuinely make a home and settle into long-term. We would treat the property with care and respect and would be very happy to provide any further information or references required.
